Dont be a Type II Athlete, ultimately you only cheat yourself when you cut corners and take the easy way through a WOD. The other thing about the Type II athlete is that any respect they garner from their ‘superior performance”, fast times, etc., will be short lived. People are not stupid, it doesn’t take long to figure out the athlete with no integrity. Everyone eventually sees it, and once that respect is lost it is very hard to get back.

My hands really hurt… Just thought I’d share that with you all! And when are we gonna have another Bolt outing? I miss the night time crew! I can meet you guys somewhere after 7:30 on Monday or Wednesday or after the Saturday class ( I work until 10am and then have a break). Let me know!
