And I only threw up 3 times during the burpees (by far the worst part). Note to self, don&#039;t drink water before doing the filthy fifty. (27:40something) by the time I was done, I literally couldn&#039;t see straight.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Awe man...I really wanna to do this, but I am not able to come in today! This is a classic CrossFit WOD! Seriously, I may have to do this one on Monday if that&#039;s okay, Matt. I need to see if i can beat a friend of mine at another gym...this is a must! I think the first time I ever did this, it took me something like 50 minutes...it was not long after I started CrossFit and it gave me serious reservations about continuing...but I did...and now I love it!]]></description>
