I’m pretty sure this one could be called The Detention WOD, because even though I’m not sure the last time I had to count to 600, I’m sure it probably had something to do with detention. And we’re going way back in time for that!

Well that was an interesting one…am I getting ready for the Olympics? Jump, jump, jump, jump….and Matt I say “ney-ney” on the burpees ;). Good try though
