If on our own, what all are you looking for? Does the no process/packaged foods mean I need to eat my entire stash of Lara and Luna Protein bars today??]]></description>

1. Does food journaling and workout journaling need to be digital? (I already use a BA notebook for workouts and am wondering if I can just keep on with that...)
2. What amount constitutes a serving of fruit or  veg? 1/2 seems to be what I can find for most things, but want to know your standard... Like, is a lunch-sized salad 6 servings if its 3 cups of veggies?
3. When are we testing the workouts? I&#039;d honestly rather not know what they are but want to try to plan to be there with my awesome, already stellar-looking partner. ;-)]]></description>
