The City of Coppell will be doing road work at the intersection of Denton Tap and Belt Line Rd. If you are traveling to the gym from S. Belt Line or Denton Tap you will use the Sanders Loop to get access to E Belt Line...

The City of Coppell will be doing road work at the intersection of Denton Tap and Belt Line Rd. If you are traveling to the gym from S. Belt Line or Denton Tap you will use the Sanders Loop to get access to E Belt Line Rd. Those of traveling west bound on E Belt Line Rd will not be affected. Anticipated start date is June 6.

Vehicles traveling southbound on Denton Tap seeking access to E. Belt Line will be detoured south, through the intersection and east, through a temporary traffic signal, on Sanders Loop up to E. Belt Line Road. Vehicles traveling southbound on Denton Tap seeking access to Southwestern Blvd. will be able to turn west onto the old, one-way, section of Southwestern, just south of Dairy Queen.

Vehicles traveling northbound on S. Belt Line Road seeking access to E. Belt Line Road will be detoured at Sanders Loop and up to E. Belt Line Rd. Vehicles traveling northbound on S. Belt Line Road, seeking access to Southwestern Blvd. will be detoured at Airline Drive.

Memorial Day – Remember their sacrifice
Schedule, Monday, May 30th we will have only one class at 9:00 AM – Be Ready for a HERO WOD!

I will be competing in an olympic weightlifting competition in Austin next Saturday June 4 so there will be no class that morning. We will also be closed Saturday June 18th as I travel to Seattle for a wedding. I will post a bodyweight workout you can do at home on the blog for these two off days.

The Founder’s Membership Rate for new BOLT athletes is coming to an end on May 31st. Now is the time to act if you want to take advantage of our Founder’s Membership Rate!
