Levi showed up with the grandparents to GET BOLT this weekend….where were you? He met Pukie before the workout even started, then crawled 500 meters, pushed over kettlebells, crapped, crawled another 500 meters, med ball pushes, dowel rod destructions, chasing the lacrosse ball, before finally capping it all off with a solid AMDMAP (as many dance moves as possible) in 8 minutes next to the stereo. If that one comes up at the games this year watch out!
