Nothing better than setting a new PR!
Single most frustrating movement in crossfit for me….stuck at 85#! Waiting for that day when something clicks, and I WILL get it one day! On another note – I could not figure out for the life of me why Matt was calling it a “wader walk” today. Got it now…:)
Ashley I had been stuck at that 85# for a long time before today! Seems to be a good milestone. I’m sure you’ll get it soon!
