No Class on Saturday, November 19th and for next weeks schedule read below
- No Class this Saturday, November 19th. I will be traveling to Houston to compete in the Bayou City Open. We will be doing the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and one CrossFit WOD
– Thanksgiving Schedule. Wednesday the 23rd we will have an early morning 6am class but no afternoon classes. No class Thursday the 24th or Friday 25th. We are on for Saturday the 26th at 9am so we can start working off our gluttony. Starting to get excited about eating ridiculous amounts of delicious Thanksgiving treats!
– T-Shirts should be done this week.
– Sound off on this blog post if you want any other BOLT gear/apparel. Stickers, Beanies, Hats, whatever just let me know.
– About to place an order on kettlebells if anyone is interested in jumping in on our order let me know. Great tool for home when you can’t make it to the gym or when you are traveling (I am taking a couple with me for Thanksgiving)
