Awe man…I really wanna to do this, but I am not able to come in today! This is a classic CrossFit WOD! Seriously, I may have to do this one on Monday if that’s okay, Matt. I need to see if i can beat a friend of mine at another gym…this is a must! I think the first time I ever did this, it took me something like 50 minutes…it was not long after I started CrossFit and it gave me serious reservations about continuing…but I did…and now I love it!
I guess I know I love crossfit (and may be crazy) when I am are sad I’m missing this workout!! We will have to do it again sometime so I can see my time!

And I only threw up 3 times during the burpees (by far the worst part). Note to self, don’t drink water before doing the filthy fifty. (27:40something) by the time I was done, I literally couldn’t see straight.

@Janet – Yes… Burpees destroyed me! i’m thinking i left a good 5-10 mins in burpess! haha (finished at 36:04)
